Through holistic and equitable advising strategies, Celina Gomez utilizes her training as an academic and career advisor to support individual scholars; scholars and their families in navigating the complex world of academia or their next career step.

Executive Director Gomez is experienced in JEDI and DEI focused program building for institutions. She utilizes Transformational and Ethical leadership to support institutions in assessing their campus, building student and family focused programming and designing training modules as unique as each campus. This focus approach helps clients to develop leaders and support institutional change.
